TUITION CHARGES/FINANCIAL AID - REFUNDS AND SIGNATURE BLOCK

Your initials and signature are required in order for this online registration to be processed.  By entering your social security number above and selecting yes in the check boxes below you are electronically signing and initialing your understanding of the tuition and financial statements that appear next to the boxes.

Yes/No Tuition is computed in accordance with the current Humphreys College "Schedule of Tuition and Fees".  It is due and payable in advance.  A $10 service charge is automatically charged to all accounts not paid in full by the eighth calendar day after the first day of scheduled classes.
Yes/No Changes to this schedule may affect your tuition charges and Financial Aid.  Contact the Financial Aid office before completing a change of schedule.  Return to Title IV regulations require students to attend classes for the entire quarter.  If you withdraw, you may no longer be eligible for the full amount of Financial Aid received.  It is the student's responsibility to contact the Financial Aid office on a regular basis for updated regulations.

If you drop a class or withdraw after the first week of classes, you will have incurred tuition charges as follows:
           On or before Friday of the first week of scheduled classes............................................................................100% refund
After Friday of the first week of scheduled classes, but on or before Friday of the second week..................90% refund
After Friday of the second week of scheduled classes, but on or before Friday of the third week.................50% refund
After Friday of the third week of scheduled classes, but on or before Friday of the sixth week......................25% refund
After the beginning of the seventh (7th) week of classes.....................................................................................NO REFUND
*Seminar students are not eligible for a refund of any type.   **First time students receive a pro rata refund up to and including Friday of the 7th wk.
