If you have filled out
all the required fields
properly and click on the "Send" button below, a copy of the data in
this change of schedule form will be sent to your academic
advisor. If you have neglected to make entries in required
fields, such as signature blocks, etc.; you will be sent to a page that
instructs you what you have done incorrectly. You may use
your Browser's Back Button to return to this form and make corrections.
Your advisor will
approve your courses or will contact
you with changes. Upon academic advisor approval the registration will
be forwarded to the Registrar for further processing.
