Free Summer Class:

Recently graduated high school students, as well as those going into their senior year, can take a free summer class at Humphreys. This is a great opportunity for students to get a feel for college. Humphreys offers a variety of classes for the student to get a head start on their college career.

Size:

Humphreys is a small, private school with a focus on our students. If your child does not want to go to a big school with big classes, Humphreys is perfect. Students can get the help and guidance they need without feeling intimidated and overwhelmed by the process. If your student has difficulty with a particular class, there is help. There is always help- for free. We are all about personalized attention.

Simple Application and Enrollment Process:

The requirements for getting into Humphreys are a high school diploma or GED and the passing scores on our entrance exam, which includes testing in writing, reading, and math. If your student meets those requirements, he/she is in! No waiting for months to get an acceptance letter. We like to keep it simple.

Transparent and Easy-to-Understand Cost:

Because fees can really add to the cost of college, there are no hidden fees at Humphreys to surprise you. Students pay for tuition and books. It’s that simple. We even have free parking! Application fees are waived for high school students.

FAFSA:

We participate in the federal financial aid program commonly referred to as FAFSA. Our Student Services department makes the financial aid process simple. They know it can be intimidating, so they are there to help you every step of the way. We also offer a Freshmen Scholarship for incoming Freshman who qualify. The Freshmen Scholarship provides students with no student loan debt or out-of-pocket tuition expenses.

Graduation On Time:

A bachelor’s degree can be completed in as little as three and a half years. This is far sooner than the national average of 6 years. You can go as quickly or as slowly as you would like. A hands-on counselor guides the student through the degree, making sure to keep the student on track.

Top-Notch Professors:

Our instructors have experience in their fields and provide the students with real world information. Because classes are small, there is much more opportunity to really get to know your professors, and for them to get to know you. This is key to getting the most out of college.
