Book Vouchers

The cost of books purchased with a voucher is deducted from the student’s posted financial aid, reducing the total refund amount. This deduction does not represent additional or free funding.

Students are responsible for any book charges not covered by financial aid.

If aid eligibility changes, enrollment is reduced, or the student withdraws, all associated charges, including book purchases—remain the student’s responsibility.

Request Time Frame

• Vouchers are issued each academic quarter.
• The request window typically opens during finals week of the preceding quarter and closes on the Friday of the second week of the applicable quarter.
• Example: A voucher for the fall quarter may be requested beginning finals week of the summer quarter through the second Friday of the fall quarter.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a book voucher, students must:

• Be registered at least half-time for the applicable quarter
• Have a projected financial aid credit balance that exceeds current charges by the amount of the voucher request
• Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.
• Have no past-due balance on their student account or have received an approved exception to register with an outstanding balance

Request Process

• Submit a Book Voucher Request Form.
• Allow 24–48 hours for processing
• Receive approval or denial notification via the student’s Humphreys University email account

Using the Book Voucher

By using a book voucher, the student authorizes Humphreys University to deduct the cost of the books from their financial aid award, which will reduce the total amount of the refund issued.

• Vouchers are only valid at: humphreys.ecampus.com
• Students are responsible for any book charges not covered by financial aid at the time of purchase.
• If financial aid eligibility changes due to enrollment adjustments or withdrawal, students are responsible for any resulting balance.
• If no financial aid is disbursed, all book charges remain the student’s responsibility.
