Services Offered

The fiscal office is dedicated to helping students meet their financial responsibility for educational expenses incurred while attending Humphreys College. Our knowledgeable and courteous staff provide easy access to accurate account information, charges, payment requirements and fiscal policies in addition to the following services:

• Accept all tuition and fee payments
• Provide current account balance and history
• Issue year-end information for State and Federal tax purposes.

Fiscal Office Staff

We would like to introduce the Fiscal Office staff to all our new and returning students. You are welcome to call the office or come in to the Fiscal Office located in the main campus administration building, Room 8 or the Modesto campus at any time to discuss your student account with us. You can also get a printout of your account at any time. The staff members that you will have the most contact with are the Accounts Receivable clerks, Kim Artiaga in Stockton and Jan Smith in Modesto. All fiscal staff will be covering the front desk on occasion and are able to assist you. If there is a problem that you feel is not being resolved to your satisfaction, then we encourage you to speak to one of the Fiscal Supervisors, Carol Kramlich, Fiscal Officer or Francia Borja, Fiscal Office Manager. There may be times when we are not available to meet with you at that very moment which is why e-mail addresses are included below so that you are able to e-mail Carol or Francia with your concerns You can also e-mail the Accounts Receivable Clerks with questions about your account. We will respond to your questions as soon as possible.
